Deborah S. Flippen is a Litigation Associate at the firm. Her practice focuses on the defense of medical professionals and other healthcare providers against medical negligence claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Deborah represented clients in a variety of family law matters including custody, child support, divorce, ancillary and enforcement matters.
Deborah interned at New Castle County Council where she provided guidance on complex legal issues to the General Counsel and Members of County Council to assist in resolving legal challenges and developing policy.
