M. Claire McCudden

Claire is an associate in the firm and her practice is focused on the defense of healthcare providers and medical professionals against medical negligence claims. 

Prior to joining Balaguer, Milewski, & Imbrogno, Claire worked in insurance defense and had a diverse practice including representing attorneys, accountants, corporate directors and officers, and other professionals in defense of claims.  Additionally, Claire represented insurers in first party contractual claims.  Claire has experience in the defense of matters in both the State and Federal Courts and has appeared in the Delaware Chancery Court, District Court of Delaware and assisted in an appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court.  Claire also previously practiced bankruptcy law and represented a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in various aspects of bankruptcy litigation. 

Outside of work, Claire is a wife and mom to her 5-year-old daughter, Charlotte.
