Jessica Gavril is a Litigation Associate at the firm. She has a broad litigation background and extensive pre-trial litigation experience, allowing her to effectively represent the firm’s clients. Jessica’s current practice is focused on the defense of medical professionals and healthcare providers against medical and professional negligence claims.
Prior to working in Delaware, Jessica worked for several years on a variety of complex commercial litigation and criminal defense matters in Maryland.
During law school, Jessica was a Leadership Scholar and an Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Review. She also worked as an Asper Fellow for the Office of the Maryland Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division, a Maryland Rule 16 student attorney for the Maryland School of Law’s Community Justice Clinic, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Mary Ellen Barbera while she was on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
